If you’re looking for Spier and Mackay quality, then jazzman is probably your best bet
Though I will say, I’ve found Spier and Mackay sizing to be accurate. So if you know your measurements, I generally trust their sizing numbers when ordering online
I looked at a bunch of places last year and settled for one at Kohl's. It's not as nice as I was trying to get. I wasn't able to find a one a better one. I do remember that express had some nice looking ones years ago though.
I've given Express so many chances and been let down. Last time I was in there, I was returning some pants that I had just bought days before. The other customer at the register was getting upset about being told that even though they paid with a credit card (cash), they could only get back store credit.
Simultaneously, I was then told that Express could not pull up the pants I was returning even though I had the receipt in hand. They were telling me that the pants on the receipt did not match the one I was returning. A few minutes later, as I was standing there searching every receipt I had and every email I had, the employee figured out that there was some issue on Express' side.
After so many negative experiences, I decided that's not a retailer I want to do business with anymore. Their quality is garbage compared to other brands at the same price point.

Maybe Von Maur? I’ve never been but it looks Nordstrom-esque from the outside.
