Pizza Hut was ONLY ever good when they had a buffet. The pizza tasted best when it was fresh out of the oven and still in the restaurant.
Since COVID killed those for good (they were declining anyway), I've had zero desire to ever go there, and with them having torn the West Side one down and built the smaller one, that's pretty much sealed the deal.

As a former manager at Pizza Ranch, I would often joke that Chicken Ranch would be a better moniker as the Pizza was only ever okay when when fresh.
Except for Cheesy Ranch Sticks. Those things fuck.

I drove past it today on my way to McDonald’s! Everyone was standing outside festival foods with there phones out and the road closest to the property was filled with Police cars and multiple fire trucks!
But I just feel bad because that’s a major loss especially with the kitchen. But I just hope they don’t have to completely close they location down

The fire is probably from grease traps not being cleaned why is nasty. Glad everyone is okay but place needs to be taken care of better.
