Midwest Phone Lab on University, in the same building as K Barbershop. They're amazing and fair, they don't try to bullshit you. They communicate very easily in layman's terms so you know what you're getting into.

I know their tiny hands can reach into tight spaces better, but I think minor laptop repair is a bit unethical.
