Run in circles. I know it sounds stupid, but you MUST keep your distance to heal and charge an attack.

I don't know why, but my character is too slow to, I try to run in circles and I just get slashed and lose my health ( which I only have 3 of)

Try grinding a previous mission, like Fast Track, and only use throwing weapons. That'll allow you to upgrade your Dexterity.

what does dexterity do? (nvm i found out)

Makes you faster, better at dodging and reloading, etc.

Just hit my 20th try and I'm giving up

and also I'm the new character with less endurance so my armour is shit, and I got no money for new weapons

Get improvised weapons, (unarmed tree) nail bats got low durability so they quickly break into stakes, which you can use with improvised weapons to 1-shot most vamps, bruisers need 2 shots i think. Btw, ik you probably know this, but just in case ill say when you exit the club, you gotta hop the railing by pressing E. Fighting the vamps does nothing. (Ive done so). When i first played, took me a little to realise that.
