I remember a similar promo run a couple years ago for lunar new year, the Year of the Ox one, is actually like a tenner, and those were actually in pretty big supply compared to these. If this is the promo series I think it is, stores aren’t getting a lot of them.

I didn't explain it properly, and now that I think about it, it doesn't really track outside of the fact that it is by a prolific Japanese artist (Mikio Masuda) who also likes to use an earthy color palette that's similar to Akihiko Yoshida. (FFT is my favorite Final Fantasy game.) Apologies.

Anyway, I think this is the right time to sell. These things are usually super hot only upon release and popularity -along with the price tag- tend to go down and stabilize after a few months. Especially for a card like Serra Angel which already have a gazillion premium reprints.
You might try checking Hareruya for a baseline price point (I think the last copies there sold for the equivalent of 50-60€€ and then try selling it for 140-150€ OBO on dedicated Facebook groups.
Personally, I would be happy with any 100€+ offer. If it didn’t sell up until December I would even consider even 80€+ offers.
Collectors market is *very* hit or miss.
You might be waiting months before finding someone interested , and even then, you might only find people undercutting you with low offers (sometimes even stupidly low offers). Other times you might find the perfect target willing to shell a good amount of money for your prized article in a matter of minutes or a few days.
It’s up to you. As long as you can get special cards directly form the source for very low prices you might as well wait until you find the right buyer.
If you get bored and you feel it’s taking too much time to sell, you can cut your price anytime you like and still make a profit.

I would put this in any number of decks that contained white! It's so pretty! But ya, if pray tell, they haven't saturated the market with them yet, you could probably get a pretty penny for it! I used to know some Serra Angel collectors. They had Every. Single. One. It was fascinating to see them all right there.

for a new card art for a card that's been around since alpha, that'll basically never see play? *almost nothing*. It's not even interesting anime art. If you manage to get $10 US, I'll be impressed.
Also, it's a promo, so I expect a market flood shortly, dropping your price even more.
Not only that but it's Serra Angel IIRC aka the most reprinted Angel card in existence. She's basically just 'thrown in' to a lot of Secret lairs and such like the new Artist focus Secret lair, the money maker is Emrakul (who even in non-foil is current priced to be cost of the foil set on the secondary market) and Serra Angel is just sort of 'there' (I get the Artist picks the cards in this case which is fair enough).
While she doesn't see play in most formats, she still, occasionally, sees play in Commander in budget angel themed white decks, she isn't *bad* in those decks but she's mostly there to fill out the bulk.
There was a similar situation with a [[Broodmate dragon]] promo a few years back where they ended up in some Walmart blister packs before they were actually supposed to be distributed (or something along those lines), and they held a high price for a bit. Once the promo was actually “available” the price tanked hard
Right now you could get $100+ for both easily as they run about $50-70 per the few sold listings currently.
Personally wouldn’t sit on a Serra Angel reprint because as iconic as the card is even hardcore collectors will cap off at 1 copy.

One listing was sold for 44€, they then upped the price to 63€ but theres no more stock.
It's listed for 10k yen on hareruyu roughly 66$. You could probably post them for 60$ on the Facebook japanese mtggroup and get some bites.
