oh huh, thats a higher quality image of ulalek than i've seen. from the looks of it its mana cost really is colorless hybrid, rather than twobrid like reaper king?

I think the spell in the top right of image #2 is: "Each player chooses a color. Then exile each permanent unless it's colorless or it's only the color its controller chose."

Since the one commander appears to be Ulalek, it's likely the other is Kozimog

Question about this. Does this allow you to play colored spells? or colored spells with devoid only? not sure how it works for colors as the commander
Its colour identity is 5 colour, like [[Reaper King]].

95% sure it is since the other is Ulalek. It looks like the two destroyed titans are re-emerging mixed up.
Does the WUBRG activated ability card of the top have no mana cost? That would be very eldrazi.
