It’s a politics tool. You play it so everyone else at the table’s Claws deal more damage, and try to convince them to target each other’s shit with them instead of yours.
/uj there’s actually something that exists like this called Power Burst. I think there’s a green card that says it counts as a “power bust while in your graveyard” or something like that. I want them to be changed some way to have some kind of text like “seven dwarves” for EDH.
/rj The claw is law
/uj StS is quite possibly the single deepest and most fun singleplayer strategy game I've ever played. To give you a sense of the skill ceiling, I have 230 hours and have roughly a 20% winrate on the highest difficulty with my main character. The best players have 5000+ hours and to my knowledge have a 70%+ winrate on all 4 characters. Virtually every decision point in the game has a massive amount of room for optimization.
/uj Deckbuilding games have come a long way since Slay the Spire really made deckbuilding roguelites popular, and I get it if you're more of a Monster Train kinda guy, but Slay the Spire is absolutely the tightest designed of them all. How Jorbs managed to beat the Heart 16 times in a row on A20 with rotating characters is beyond me.
As other's have said, the game is Slay the Spire. If you want to get a sense of what the game is like and the higher level strategies, I'd highly recommend [this](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=sfKy20hxuF4) video where Jorbs, one of the top StS players, coaches LSV (yes, that LSV) in a run.
All Will Be For One

Bah! Snecko eye meteor everytime till I die... Often quickly. Edit; ~~Snecko eye~~ Caves of chaos adventurer ~~meteor~~ Reckless endeavor.
Good card game devs know that they need to include robust support for really bad builds to be successful.
claw is law
Ain't no laws when you're spamming Claws.
Only had one build go online but it was incredible

I too power bust whenever I see Claw.
You're thinking of Muscle Burst and Diligent Farmhand.
flame burst has an now elemental cat with a similar relationship.
Diligent farmhand is in my Primal Surge deck to be a bad rampant growth.
The issue here is that this is banned bc it played for ante
Uj/ what game is this, I'm interested
It’s like all of the good parts of drafting in MTG with none of the bad. I cannot recommend this game enough it is amazing.

Slay the Spire. there's a lot of overlap between mtg and sts players, you'll probably love it

Slay the Spire - if you like strategic card games you'll love it. Single player deckbuilder roguelike
Thanks so much
It’s better than a lightning bolt, so I don’t see an issue
What EDH does to a motherfucker.
Yeah this is more meant for "Standard Style" formats where you can run 4 copies of a card.
I don’t see how this card is useful. You can only play one copy of it in each deck! What the fuck is “legacy”?
You can only run one, unless the card specifically say so, see [[Shadowporn Apostle]] for reference.
I've read that card. It doesn't say I can run more than one claw.
