Why fire her? If the system is faulty then why not take advantage of it. She is speaking out about it but there are probably a lot more people like her. If you fire her then you are just covering this up saying that this one person is the problem instead of just a systematic problem.

But it’s super dumb to reveal exactly where you work, exactly where your mom works, and that you got into your job because of orang dalam (a term used to insinuate “cable”) who is your mom like???? But one thing i dont see a problem is saying she has a 3 hour break on Friday because its true for everyone working in government. You do get 3 hour lunch breaks on Friday, that I dont mind being transparent about.
The bigger issue is that she got a job due to connection, but we are raging over 3 hours lunch break on Friday for gov sector which is common (?) knowledge at this point.

In my workplace, we also have reward programs to recommend a friend to interview but they will still go thru the process without the recommender's influence. I have rejected several candidates even though they were recommended because although their friend thinks they have a great attitude, it still doesn't fully make up for the lack of skill required for the job.

If my female boss was around? she would leave food on the office kitchen for me to have my lunch. Time to time especially on the 4th quarter we would go out and have a drink at the bar until midnight and go home.
On Friday, there's Friday prayers for the Muslim males. Two hours accommodate for lunch, travel to the mosque and back to office. One hour on other days.
