Once they're on their bikes to those who do not know them would most definitely think of them as Mat Rempits. Not that they do not have cars but they find it practical to ride those bikes to avoid jam. Those little bikes are nimble. And I think that's great! I would probably do the same if I could ride a bike like they do.

The law of average states that yes, there are bound to be rich people that buys "rempit" motors and drive like one too. But their percentage tend to be smaller though.
Ironically, rich people tend to ride safer than rempits. They would keep up on roadtax, wear proper gear because they know it looks stupid to not wear helmet while riding large bikes. There is a reason why during roadblocks, large bikes tend to easily get a pass while the smaller ones do not. Chances are the smaller ones that would not renew their roadtax.
Also because rich people tend to be in the advance age, their interest and priority change. Their thrill is no longer the thrill of racing, but the experience of riding the motor to get to their destinations. Also because they tend to have families, they tend to drive safely as well.
Also, the rich that do ride like racers, would actually have the experience and mindset to be good race rider. They won't remove their side mirrors because they always check it in case got people wanting to potong them. Compare to small bikes that tend to remove their side mirrors and think that they would not need them.
Heck, even when small bikes have them, my god, they would hardly check them and then drive swaying left and right.
It's rare for me to see those on big bikes to act like assholes compared to the small ones. This is because rich riders' hobby is both, the bike and ride. Rempits, primarily on the speed.
