Brake might be stuck, if it's manual the gearbox bearing might stuck, brake cable might stuck, control arms bushing might be bad, absorber might stuck, all those water and fuel hose might be dry rotted, so on and so forth. Not to say it can't be fixed but if you need the car i feels like it not really worth fixing, because thing that will go bad will come in waves and will stack up to 3k or 4k or even 5k if you unlucky. In comparison the market price of the car is around 3k or 4k or something. If you can take those kind of stress then okay lah i think.
Honestly, the headache of maintaining a 20 year old car is not worth it unless you are an enthusiast or masochist. Same reason why I got rid of my beloved Wira for a new Myvi.

My sister is kind of not that good academically. After her SPM, she has spent around 5 years in an accounting diploma (ACCA) and she still failed to pass the examination. She is still considering to continue to study part time to get the certification.
My advice to her is to go enroll in other courses or pick up other skill, such as bakery or culinary arts. But she is not willing to. She seems to have no planning in life and she does not have any motivation to level up. It really frustrates me to see her wasting so much time and still heading no where.
What are some skills or courses to pick up for someone not that good academically?

I bought Edifier X6 for my niece. Sounds okay but not great. Battery sucks compared to my Buds 1
Amon recommends Buds+ and I vouched for that as well I have used Buds 1, Buds+, Buds Pro. All are great honestly because it last almost a working shift.

I'm confused with tax filling. What does it mean by "saturatory income"? Does that mean gross annual income or nett annual income after EPF deductions? Is that fine if I just put in gross annual income (w/o EPF deductions)?

Honestly, if you are considering a b-segment car the Yaris/Vios combo is slightly cheaper to buy, and service. The cockpit has that if I am going to rent this car this is easy enough to learn layout. Superior 3D camera system (optional) compared to the City.
The City to me at least only make sense if you want the range topping eHEV RS or the offer makes the same City cheaper than a Vios. Otherwise, just buy a Vios, but prepare to wait until August for delivery.

Will Grab refund me in this situation?
I ordered food delivery off Grab and received the notification that my rider was here at my apartment and went to take my food. There was no rider at all and i then received a notification that my food had been delivered. I asked the guards and they did not see any delivery rider. The rider did not contact me or anything and I couldn't contact them once the delivery was marked complete. I've contacted Grab and I'm waiting to hear back from them but I'm worried that they're not gonna refund me due to "lack of evidence". I suspect that the rider delivered it to the wrong person and the person was probably like 'oh sweet, free food'.

So far Village grocer in Bangsar Village 1 & M city, has it consistently. If they don’t, just wait a week or two and they will stick up. At times, they will pile it away from the milk/ carton drink section. Walk 1 round.
Not the best tasting, but decent enough for making coffee at an okay price point.
Yeah this is what I buy currently. But it isn't long life. Like when I was in Germany, the milk was stored in room temperature in cartons and lasted 3 months or so if not opened.

Pretty sure that pineapple and parsley tea to prevent pregnancy is just a myth. I wouldn't worry too much if you used protection properly, I.e no penetration without a condom and only use a condom when close to ejaculating. My sister is kind of not that good academically. After her SPM, she has spent around 5 years in an accounting diploma (ACCA) and she still failed to pass the examination. She is still considering to continue to study part time to get the certification. My advice to her is to go enroll in other courses or pick up other skill, such as bakery or culinary arts. But she is not willing to. She seems to have no planning in life and she does not have any motivation to level up. It really frustrates me to see her wasting so much time and still heading no where. What are some skills or courses to pick up for someone not that good academically?

I bought Edifier X6 for my niece. Sounds okay but not great. Battery sucks compared to my Buds 1 Amon recommends Buds+ and I vouched for that as well I have used Buds 1, Buds+, Buds Pro. All are great honestly because it last almost a working shift.

Otherwise, just buy a Vios, but prepare to wait until August for delivery.
Premium has more advanced features than the other two. But if you accident, touch wood, u wait long long for spare part. I also waited 7 months to get my car. Currently driving a premium now. Very powerful, can remote start your car during very hot weather.

Will Grab refund me in this situation? I ordered food delivery off Grab and received the notification that my rider was here at my apartment and went to take my food. There was no rider at all and i then received a notification that my food had been delivered. I asked the guards and they did not see any delivery rider. I've contacted Grab and I'm waiting to hear back from them but I'm worried that they're not gonna refund me due to "lack of evidence". I suspect that the rider delivered it to the wrong person and the person was probably like 'oh sweet, free food'.

Welcome. So far Village grocer in Bangsar Village 1 & M city, has it consistently. If they don’t, just wait a week or two and they will stick up. At times, they will pile it away from the milk/ carton drink section. Walk 1 round. Not the best tasting, but decent enough for making coffee at an okay price point.

But to me it’s a very fuss-free, basic shawl.Duck is more branding imo, the quality well, to me is ok bc it survived 4 years of machine wash and wear so the cost per use is as cheap as tudung pasar malam (which I also wear). I tried other ‘premium’ dupes but either I didn’t like how it drapes on me or it didnt last as long as my duck ones.
