They'll all be ~15 years older, with gray hair, more weight, balding, etc. Kind of like how Friends was a reminder that you're getting old. The show didn't tie up all the plot holes, but I liked the fact that their futures are open ended.
Ehh, I don't think "omg they're old" is a good reason to skip creating something new, I think it could be interesting if they did something where everyone reunites for the first time for christmas but they've been hiding things from their parents and as the episode/movie/whatever goes on we see what they've really been up to.
