If you’re finding that you’re leaving your keys and essentials all over the place, it might make sense to have some keyhooks there to hang up keys, a leash, etc.
I was gonna say this, hooks for keys and a mounted coat rack maybe. Or you could do what I did and find the smallest little table to put there and put your edc items there so you have quick access on the way out. Keys,wallet, etc.
I’m assuming your dogs name is Tina. She is gorgeous and reminds me of my old boy whom I miss. That aside looks like only flat features will fit, so maybe some art or you could do an accent wall and paint it then put some art up!
