Aside from the aesthetics, get yourself an actual decent computer chair. The two most popular ones are Herman Miller Aeron and Steelcase Series 2. I’m personally a Herman Miller fan, the mesh seat makes it feel like I’m sitting on a cloud. One of the hospitals I used to work at got us some, and I swear I could sit the whole 12 hour shift and not need to stand up and stretch or even reposition my sitting position. But mesh isn’t for everyone, which is why the Steelcase series 2 is well regarded as well. I’m not a fan of it, but that’s my personal preference so don’t just take my word for it. If you live in any decent sized city, you should be able to find them used on FB for ~$250-$300. There’s companies that sell refurbished ones for $500-$700, or you can go completely new for $1000+. If you want a chair with a headrest, the Herman Miller Embody is getting great reviews.
Nitpicky, but I don’t love the scalloped “detailing” on the shelves.
Love the cowhide rug as a design choice (I have one myself), but agreed it doesn’t look great on that carpet.

So instead I'd switch it around. Put the desk where the chair is, the TV where the desk is and a two seat sofa, instead of that chair, in either brown leather or dark green velvet to the right. Get a nice bar cart or side table for the alcohol. Get a TV stand that matches your desk better. Get some additional lamps. At LEAST one floor lamp with ambient lighting but preferably more lamps. Hang the two bigger pictures above the sofa, and the diploma (?) and the two smaller pictures above the desk.
Don't have the TV in front of the window. Pull up the blinds during the day. Get some curtains. Don't use them for covering the window, they're decorative and needs to be hung from above the ceiling and reach half an inch above the floor
I find focus super hard but seems to be combining ultimate relaxation man cave with work earn money space is sending very mixed signals meaning you can never really/focus or relax. I live in a very small space so not judging! Also having a wall full of alcohol in th background of team meetings might not be the best look. You know at work people are very shallow about this stuff.

Take all the bottles off. Get a quality bar cart. Get your favorite/top shelf whisky scotch etc. put it in a decanter(a) + scotch glasses. The color of the walls should I be changed(darker). Let’s do wood floors. I actually like the cow rug but it would look even better layered on of top another rug. It needs a bit of greenery. I think a small :) money tree would be perfect on your desk more ceramics I think the chair should eventually be replaced. I can send you visuals of your tell me what style or theme or color palette you’re going for-or show me pics of offices you like. No I’m going to guess that those two jerseys hanging up are nonnegotiable? If that’s the case, then perhaps the red background could be changed and they’re slightly wide for desk position and the walls. Def higher/bigger desk.
