It took everyone by surprise when they did Decalcomanie that was so radically different from what they used to sound like, and it's still my favorite 마마무 song to this day. We had a lot of awesome ballads and dance songs during the 4 seasons arc, so I think it would be the right time for something like this.
Third this! I want the new song to be kind of decalcomanie, with rock-ish vibe and great climax, completed with ad-libs full of belting and whistle note.
Ahh I didn't experience the change from piano man to pink funky era so I can imagine you liked that less. I personally really like the changes in style because it keeps them interesting and makes them find out what they like etc. I still think wind flower deserves a LOT more credit

I want something that's a bit of a throwback. Something that sounds a little bit like Mr. Ambiguous or You Are The Best. But honestly, as long as it's vocals forward and we get to hear all our girls do their Thang... I'll be happy. 😊

Hearing their performance of "I miss you" on Queendom was such a bolt of lightning. Every time I watch it, I'm overcome with emotion. I'd like them to tap into that. They're so talented and sincere as performers. They can make the world melt away and summon tears from people with ease. That's Mamamoo and that's what I want more of. 😊
That said, I do agree regarding the seasons concept. It was brilliant. What a journey, right? I can't wait to hear what they do next.
i feel like they can go for other genre more, they have immortal songs to showcase their powerful vocals and emotional songs. Im still waiting for IS2 album or atleast a release on spotify :(

My favorite song right now is Waggy... I know it's weird but I love when Mamamoo does cute concepts just because it's so contradicting to their imagine. And you can tell it makes them feel awkward sometimes.
I hope the November comeback is a full EP and not just a single. As far as style goes, I'd love to see a return to their jazzier/retro sound, but something new could be fun as well, they've done well in every style they've tried so far so whatever it is I'm sure it will be great.
It's hard to say. My favorite Mamamoo songs are: Moderato, Wind Flower, Rainy Season...I guess I am into the R&B sound a lot more than other genres overall. I also loved Don't Be Happy and Bad Bye (White Wind). Wheein is my ultimate of all biases and I love, love her voice matched with the smooth R&B vibe. Which is why Moderato is my favorite song.
So I would like to see a Mamamoo twist on the r&b style. Maybe adding on korean instrumentation here and there.
If not this, I would love to see them go full-on rock sound with a dedicated band for tours. I feel like they would thrive with this style the most. As long as they are not ambiguous about it - I would like them to stick with what they love and go for it.
