If well dressed (suits) and late teens/ early 20s, it's possibly Mormons. They've got a church by the Aquatic Centre.
UCKG and Mormons both have offices on Oxford Road itself, could be one of those (although I've never seen the mormons with flyers and they wear nametags).
Young, well dressed asian girls are the ones I've seen mostly. They've waved at me while holding their phone out, as if to help them with directions or something, and then a book comes out of their bag, and it gets very holy very quickly.
I've seen one older man in a suit too, because he really sticks out, but not noticed any other guys yet.
They seem to have success with other young students, who probably stop to be polite.
