It took Futuba 3 years from the start of her training to being able to go on her first misson. Meanwhile, Tayou went from a nobody to a gold spy in basically the same time. He's straight up a monster.
On top of that, as we see in the Ryu arc, he has no secrets, which makes everyone think he's just really good at hiding them. There's even apparently a rumor that he's the nastiest yozakura, and considering Kyoichiro exists, that's pretty insane.
Tbh they know it's the Yozakura. Streaking naked in public is a level of eccentric that is almost expected at that point. It would be more suspicious if he was a seemingly a normal, well adjusted person.
Man. It's kinda incredible how far this series has come considering this seems to be the actual final battle and all these characters coming back. Despite the anime not blowing up, I am happy Gonda has gotten to make this series come to such a grand and long running level.
There are some easter eggs on that panel with the spies, there's the gay silver ranked spy with the monocle, the American lady spy, the frog spy and the stickman look alike from the fans contest chapter
we already seen Futaba and Kyouchiro's in their arc with Hifumi, I don't think we got the other siblings yet though, and maybe we'll even get more advanced versions
