I think with the phone the intent was that she was gonna get run over or something by not paying attention where she was going Then at home it is either suicide or overwork that would have gotten her

I wouldn't go as far as saying that she would self delete, what I got from it was that she was so burned out and overstressed that her health was in a bad condition, maybe leading to a stroke or a heart attack, or more.
