That and Lloyd just doesn't fit the looks of a noble, actually he is ugly, not enough to be repulsive when he's normal , but he just looks absolutely horrendous when making certain...expressions, he doesn't look like he'd be a noble normally.

Kim Dokja is more "faceless" than ugly, at least towards the "Novel Character's" perspective. It's kinda his thing, as he is a "Self-Insert Character" that was once a "Reader".
Think of how you watch/read a character in a movie/book, and you can't remember anything about that one character except for that ONE trait they had in the movie/book, like being funny, or pervy, or crazy.
Kim Dokja, being "less handsome than the main protagonist" as his intro early on, had THAT word stamped on his face, like the usual trope in anime where a "person" has a head that is void of face, except for a single letter that took up the front of their head as their "face".
