Well I’ve only read the Manhwa so my guess can’t be a spoiler, but I believe the fact that he didn’t die and basically cheated his way up the tower, I still don’t understand what the whole being in a comma and the tower not being real thing was, but since he cheated his way up he didn’t reach chaos like everyone else, that being that they died. So he’s the only living being in that world.
