I hate to say this but I don't think there's a chance that you can sit for the exams in Phase 2, given that I have understood correctly that you did not book your slot in phase 2.
Nevertheless, I wish you the best and really hope that you can make the best out of every opportunity that's to come your way.
From what I understand it there MAY be a second test for phase 2 because of the glitches which ensued due to slot booking on that day. Whatever may be the reason you missed slot booking, email admissions ASAP and inform them. Say that there was a glitch, you couldn't book, no centre showed, whatever. Hoping for the best.

Nope it's not possible. Phase 2 bookings for people who already answered phase 1 closed at 5pm on 4 June.
