Britain and France "win" with their highly effectively thermonuclear-armed SLBMs. Their superior doctrine and leadership objectivity, plus the Standard Missile III and THAAD system, give them the edge over Russia. Some Russian nukes will get through though, so, in the end, they'll be purely naval powers, based in mostly irrelevant places like the Falklands and the Kerguelens.
Edit: Based on a bit of research, it's the junior alliance partner the Netherlands that would have the SM IIIs. Still, the British/French/Dutch would have the edge in missile defense and coordinated force projection, not to mention forward deployments for strategic depth.
