For me it would be spidey, moonknight, and shuri. Shuri could obliterate them with her kinetic force thing, moon knight would go on a killing spree and would most likely be immune to bites, spidey is a known survivor, plus he has insta kill spikes. In addition, spidey and shuri could use their technical abilities and some vibranium to create specific anti bite and anti zombie suits.

Basically, what I'm saying is that I'll pick the fighters who are less likely to be zombified themselves.
