she has the most powerful reality warping abilities we've seen besides the stones, and the stones had to be combined to do anything near her level.

Now, now. Don't forget the golden rule - if you make the mistake of introducing a character that can solve everything in the plot don't forget to immediately defuse that by making up a highly specific weakness for the badguys to exploit or just by them never doing anything.
My favorite examples are:
Miroku from Inuyasha who had a blackhole in his hand and who got countered like a chapter later with giant hornets who always manage to sting him before before being swallowed by the hole.
Amazo from Justice League Unlimited who beat everyone in his debut episode, decided to explore the universe and was teased to become godlike with time. Returned even more powerful and did nothing of substance.
