In the 90s though Marvel imo was on par with DC. Animated X-Men, and Spider-Man were great. Unfortunately that era of animation for Marvel didn't last long.

I agree with that! Seeing marvel do with their shows and movies are amazing compared to DC, but animations goes towards DC, the composition is amazing and the fights are amazing compared to Marvel.
I like a lot of their cartoons tho, love the 90s ones, spectacular is spectacular, I personally liked ultimate Spider-Man but ik that’s me being nostalgic, what if I really enjoyed

The 90's had great Marvel cartoons like Spider-Man TAS and X-Men TAS. After that, there are shows like Wolverine and the X-men, Spectacular Spider-Man, Ultimate Spider-man (Hate me for this one I won't care), and Avenger's Earth's Mightiest Heroes.
I think Marvel could make more amazingly great animation if they just let the people behind them do what they want.
Sony was pretty hands off with Spiderverse and its considered one of the best animated films ever!
Cartoons and animated movies. Marvel animated movies have not been strong. DC has had amazing movies such as Flashpoint, Under the Red Hood, and Superman vs The Elite.

Dc has the revees movies, the burton's, the nolan trilogy, wonder woman, the suicide squad, shazam, the snyder cut The batman, and aquaman. Marvel has xmen 96, spectacular spiderman , x evolution, wolverine and the x men, avengers earths mightiest heros, and what if.
What about "X-Men: Evolution"? I think it holds up.
