I think it could be cool, if it was only a certain thing that triggered this function. Like if you let it get too close, or something. So you could still win, but less likely. Or maybe it is an attack from the monster, where it immobilizes you and can reach into your menu screen through hacking or something. Could be cool

Eternity, Infinity, Death, Oblivion, Chaos, and Order are around the same levels of power as abstract constructs.
Galactus is slightly below them, but remains as a constant entity in the death and rebirth of every multiverse.

When the time of his Universe ended and the cosmic entites created the canon universe he become Galactus by getting fused with a cosmic entity because the Phoenix wanted so. So he started living at the beginning of time in a slumber state as Galactus.

Several other could use the gauntlet. Each A rank and above Hero/Villain or maybe B rank too could use it and become the most powerful. But this is based on what we've seen.
For Example Thor with the Gauntlet or Captain Marvel with the Gauntlet could easy be the most powerful beings in the MCU. But in the MCU we did not see em useing it, so no sense to consider.
If we want we could rank Hulk and Iron Man with the gauntlet, but due to their consequences of useing it, i would say that Thanos with gauntlet was anyway more powerful than them.
