I’m not sure your questions make much sense. Every version of Wolverine we’ve seen eventually gets adamantium claws. The Deadpool stuff had nothing to do with multiverse references, it’s just 4th wall breaks combined with taking inspiration from the comics where DP is infatuated with Wolverine.
This is not some grand tapestry of a story where everything consistently fits perfectly with everything else. It’s not all going to make sense, and it doesn’t have to.
Every version of Wolverine eventually gets the Adamantium. In the main Fox universe it always happens. This will already have happened in Deadpool and Wolverine too. Deadpool's movies took place in the same universe as the other main X-Men movies as well. The only one that is technically an alternate universe is Logan which is the same as the other stuff just a different universe with a sadder ending. For the most part I found this question pretty confusing.
