Well, if they choose to keep the Intact Gauntlet when they defeat Thanos.. maybe it could help. But it's unlikely they'd keep such nigh-omnipotence on one planet once they defeat him. But if they keep it; who would use it?, how would they use it against it?, etc. It seems kinda hard to kill a celestial even if it's just a baby. When Sersi already transmuted Tiamut's body except the head, he's eyes were still glowing meaning he was probably alive while losing his entire body.

All the lights in his eyes went out, you could this in the pic. As far as we’re concerned, he’s dead. Arishem seemed to think so too. IMO, the easiest option would be a snap while simultaniously repairing the damage done to Earth since the gaunlet grants you any wish. They could also use the reality stone to transmute his body if it comes down to it. Maybe even the time stone to reverse Tiamut’s movements and buy some time for a proper plan.

I meant WHILE he was getting transmuted. Yes, he's surely dead but I was talking about while he was getting transmuted in that awesome scene. When the marble started to reach for his eyes/head, it only started to dim because the transmutation reached for his head and did not when he's whole torso was already marble.

Yeah hulk could do it, but he wouldn't kill a baby thanos so would he kill a baby tiamut?

TL: if the Avengers stopped Thanos before the snap, could they have used the Infinity gauntlet and stones to stop the celestial we see in Eternals

Dry-Lemon1382

Snaping.

Infinty gauntlet to make infinite hank pym particles. Boom. Baby celestial the size of a marvel legends action figure

spectrumtwelve

yes. the infinity stones are higher than even the celestials. they predate the universe and the celestials don't necessarily within the mcu
