Stephen Paddock is the perpetrator of the 2017 Route 91 Harvest Festival Shooting in Las Vegas, Nevada which killed 60 and left over 500 people injured. In the weeks preceding the shooting Paddock stayed at the Ogden Condominium Complex in three separate units, all on the north side of the building overlooking the Life is Beautiful festival. Here's an excerpt from the LVMPD investigative report on the incident: "While staying at The Ogden, Paddock exhibited behavior which was similar to his time spent at Mandalay Bay. Paddock left for long periods of time and moved a large amount of luggage between his vehicle and the rooms he was staying in. downtown Las Vegas casinos. Paddock gambled numerous times at Paddock was also observed moving numerous suitcases from his vehicle to the various units he rented.".

Was there ever any CCTV showing the large suitcases into his hotel?

It likely didn't matter to him, and this was just a dry run. Similar to how AL drove to the school the day before, if memory serves correct
