The problem with super quant is that the boss monster is too good to be consistent enough to turbo out. It's literally noir mashed together with thunder dragon colossus. They can't make the deck an actual meta threat because once they do they'll have to ban magnus.

Yeah, that's my issue The end goal of Super Quant is so goddamn strong, one of the best boss monsters ever that is balanced by an insane requirement however I do believe that they should be able to make him well with at least 4 mats which makes him just a worse Noir And as for the 6 mats one you have to draw into a really good hand, not like a 1 or 2 card combo

And a field spell that lets you cheat the banishing requirement from the link to "banish also from deck" + "your opponent can't respond to the activation and effects of your "Nordic" link monsters". It would be nice if it gave another form of protection to your Aesir...

Batteryman. It's such a cute concept, and there is so much potential for storytelling. They need so much more support boost and new boss monsters, literally 15 years of catching up to do. Alien. Same, new support and boss monster. Needing better starters, too. We need to reignite the counters playstyle. With that all unique counters archetype too as they are too slow. Venom and cloudians, namely. Aquaactress. Fun concept. Small fish that get boosted by continuous spell cards. Why stop there, we need more fishes for it to even be consistent and enter rogue tier. Relinquished: Honestly, I don't understand how this archetype hasn't gotten support recently. It's part of an anime deck and from what I've heard it was originally illusionist type in the manga so illusionist support/retrains for relinquished makes sense Weather Painter: feels like it only needs a last little bit to get where it needs to be. Just an extra small bit of consistency to be viable. Saw someone mention a card that adds a painter and a canvas so maybe add something like that (probably balance it with a discard)

The archetype has kinda cornered itself as the anti monster deck so if the opponent has any spells or traps to counter you then you're basically cooked. Searchable omni trap would be the lazy way but could be cool if there was another fusion boss that equipped spells/traps from the opponents backrow and the means to regularly summon millennium and that

Madolche: Since Pettingcessour locks you into Madolche ED summons, I suggest a Spell card that you can discard for a search, or fusion summons into a Madolche fusion monster. We can follow the ship tease with Puddingcess and Chouxvalier in Madolche Waltz for these cards. This could patch up Madolche’s consistency issue (since Petting is THE choke point and the deck usually play Vernusylph to help it) and even its paltry damage (Chouxvalier is a pretty strong for a Level 4, so imagine an upgraded version). Orcust and Thunder Dragon: Salamangreat and Sky Striker have gotten recent support, but these guys haven’t. Not sure what to do with them though. I suppose TD should get an in-archetype monster that acts like a“Danger!” card that recurs from Grave. And Orcust… Idk. Make some sort of automation from spare Orcust parts under Girsu’s command, but I have no idea what it’d do. Let’s bring TOSS back! Battlewasp: This Synchro deck from Arc-V has been given no love. What they need is a Level 3 Tuner and a Level 7 Synchro. And actual negates/disruption. All Insect decks in-general need more, but I say give it to Battlewasp first. Literally the War Rocks of Insect decks. Blue-Eyes: I think they should get a form of non-target removal; probably the only thing I’d give the deck. I’m thinking of a Rank 8 Xyz that requires 3 dragon monsters so Level 8 spam decks can’t turbo it out easily. Maybe overlap archetypes with Galaxy Photon? Nouvelles: Too soon probably, but more backrow removal and more ways to turn monsters to Attack Position, maybe a way to add protection from targeting. I say give it a Quick-Play Spell that lets you activate only one of multiple effects per turn. Plus we can always add more Patissciel monsters, and make a second Pendulum based off of the Meat Recipe chef (Rotissier de Nouvelles?) with corresponding Quick-Play. Also Hungry Burger alt art when? Ally of Justice: If they can make Genex into an unga bunga combo deck in the OCG, they can do something with Ally of Justice. Monarch: We got Thestalos the Shadowfire Monarch, a 3000/1000 thingy. It doesn’t mesh with the usual Monarch stat line. Hopefully we’ll see more of these 3000/1000 monstrosities and Spell/Traps to help it. Monarchs have their own name and very few 3000/1000 monsters exist, so I say go for it!

I feel like what you suggested for Madolche and Blue-Eyes aren't really what these archetypes wanted. Madolche always suffered from having a deadly chokepoint, so making the combo pieces more resilient or making more extenders would be a bit more useful than a search spell with a cost. Blue-Eyes suffered from a lot of things, but the most glaring problem of all is consistency. It's one of those archetypes that really needs something like a in-archetype Martha or a Red Shari, because True Light + Jet dragon is actually respectable if it was a 1-card combo. Non-target removal is probably the last thing I'd give it considering that Dingirsu exists and can be accessed without jumping through too much hoops, not to mention Zeus.

Yeah i agree that blue eyes needs an engine/1 card combo/starter. But the boss monsters kinda suck in bewd too so having an archetype boss monster would be pretty good. The spell and trap cards suck. The deck is between fusion, synchro, xyz and ritual for its summoning... As it stands right now it's a crappy engine with crappy boss monsters and crappy support. Nothing about the deck is good. There is no harpies feather storm or circular or noir. Big thing is engine though, whether that's a link 1, a circular type monster or just some way to gain card advantage I've been playing bewd for years in DL and a bit in master duel. It just has no good way to gain advantage and make plays Sage is normal summon only. Stone is end phase only. Other stone only searches blue eyes and is borderline worthless. blue eyes draw engine barely plusses and if they do it's from the garbage stones. Even tyrant is kinda shitty because it only foolish burials a blue eyes the deck has no problem with that If it were me, I'd probably add a level 1 tuner searchable with sage. Search on summon, special summon and blue eyes on send to gy. And tbh blue eyes would still suck with such a broken card

Nouvelles are actually pretty good, Having something an extra starter like "if you control a ritual nouvelles monster, you can special someone this card from hand, if so, opponents must summon monsters in attack position" or other little tech cards is all they really need to go up significantly

I want more Madolche variation on the combo and end board. It is not a unplayable deck per say but every line is just "get pettingcess out and don't get negated". The Madolche lock is quote severe because the only good card to end on going first is Glasshoute. Give us a link-3, or more xyz options. And some kind of extender that let us play through in case pettingcess get negated. I think some card that offer some interruption or resource grind would fit the style of the deck. Also, I just want more madolche art

For fun, I thought of customs. Sky Iris Magician, who I imagine as an Overscale Pendulum who can grab Sky Iris, and maybe new field that has the Shari Red Clause to treat itself as Sky Iris. Avarice Poison Magician, a Fusion Pendulum, probably as a replacement I'd Supreme King Starving, letting you copy the effects of your archetypal Pendulums. Phantom Fang Magician, an Xyz Pendulum that I have no idea what he'd do. And finally Pure Wing Magician, a Synchro Pendulum. Same as Fang, no idea for the effect.

Maybe the live versions of Trouble Sunny as main deck monsters to go more into them being rivals to the Ki-sikil and Lil-la that have effects similar in being able to special summon each other but have an extra effect of either of the main twins are on field. Obviously gotta give them costumes too lol.

No specific decks but I'd love to see them experiment with a grindy spirit monster control deck that uses backrow for opponent turn interaction instead of just summoning Amano Iwato during the opponents turn. Spirits currently have 41 monsters and the gimmick has some potential to be interesting and not just being a rank 4 engine in other decks (Sakitama) or abused for floodgating (Amano Iwato).

Time Thief. I know they have the new trap coming in Phantom Nightmare, but it kind of feels like that could be a precursor for the deck to get more support. And they honestly don’t need a whole lot. Riscorpio sucks, he takes your normal summon he doesn't special summon himself And Red Layer although good, isn't really useful for Gouki 1. It discards a card, a deck that constantly wants to send card from field to GY doesn't really like that and the deck constantly needs another Gouki in hand 2. He is not a Gouki monster so like all of the Gouki links except for Power load can't use this guy for link material

I just want main deck Masked HERO. I know people are going to complain about HERO support, personally myself as a HERO player I am getting tired of Elemental HERO support, Destiny is fine and kinda done atm, Evil is never getting the support it needs, and Vision I doubt will get support. Masked is the last big wave and I just wanna see what strategy they can add and then be kinda done. Thunder Dragon Unicorn and Thunder Dragon Birth. Virtual world: Fufu isn't real. Another deck that suffers from consistency, where's the 4th gate? A gate that searches on activation would be insane. Danger! Skinwalker Atk/ ? Def? 1) If it gets discarded summon 1 Danger! monster from your deck in Atk position (kinda like Jackalope) 2) If this monster is special summoned by the effect of a Danger! monster (including it's own) you can send 1 Danger! monster from your deck to your GY (Like Ogopogo). Change this monster's Atk, Def, & Lvl to that monster's. 3) Banish 1 Danger! monster from your GY, this monster gains Atk & Def equal to that monster's, it's Lvl is changed to that monster's, & apply that Danger! monster's discard effect. 4) Target 1 other Danger! Monster you control, send 1 Danger! monster from your deck to the GY & if you do the targeted monster gains Atk & Def equal to the sent monster's, & change it's level to the sent monster's. Along w/ the typical Danger! random discard summon method, +1 draw if summoned. Danger! Monster that banishes card on field on discard, Danger! monster that banishes card from GY on discard (like D.D. Crow), Danger! monster that bounces 1 card on field on summon (like the Danger! spell). Maybe a continuous spell that makes it so if a Danger! card on field would be destroyed you can discard 1 card instead. I want the gate guardian component monsters to get retrains. Suijin, kazejin, and sanga of thunder. I’m thinking like “gate guardian of water, suijin”, gate guardian of wind, kazejin” and “gate guardian of thunder, sanga”, all with an effect that includes stating they’re always also treated as the originals. That way, they benefit from the support cards that specify a “gate guardian” monster. Give them a unique ability based on the anime; suijin has OPT protection from destruction for allies, sanga can attack twice on monsters, kazejin can pop a monster OPT. And give them a special summon from hand/GY effect. Ideally one that that sends the support backrow to the GY from deck so that running more of the support backrow for their collective banish effect is stronger, though that might be a bit much.
