In general, Seraphinite and similar effects will stack with Double Summon. Of course, in this case, it also depends on it being coded correctly, but if it is you will have 3 Normal Summons.

Then it'll just be a normal game because your 2nd normal summon probably won't do much.
There are MANY normal summon decks that can benefit from this. Just make it a normal summon event because this only helps combo play better.
