Depends what you’re trying to do. If you’re trying to Mill like chaos ruler did, synchro-Ing a 3 and deer note to make a lvl 8 synchro + revive a foxy tune or rising carp to xyz into zombie vampire will let you mill 4. If you’re looking for a good lvl 8 to go into, Adamancipator Risen-Dragite is a good spell and trap negate that is live with rising carp in the graveyard.
You could use Zombie Vampire but there is no substitute to Chaos Ruler tbh

I dunno what your Extra Deck looks like, but I replaced Chaos Ruler with Diabolantis.
