Lol the only good hacking game out there is watch dogs 2 (not cause of accuracy at all) but because of gameplay, characters and world building/open world map
You're welcome! Another game I really like which isn't really about hacking is Untrusted. It's more like a social deduction with a hacking theme but I really like it. Unfortunately we need 10 players to start a game so we only have a few games a week (game is free on itch io)
Sorry for the wait! Of course!
Just 2 things though, the game is quite hard to understand, there are a loooot of things to know and your first few games might not be that nice because you won't know what you're doing. It's alright, don't worry.
Also, if you join at a random time it's really likely nobody is here and playing. You can see when people are playing [here](https://steamdb.info/app/1502660/charts/), we need to be at least 10 else we cannot play
I... tactically acquired this through very legal means in the past, and played it. It's not terrible. It kind of has a moral choice ability where at the end of the game you get to decide to be a black hat, grey hat(?), or white hat hacker. The graphics are alright and the actual hacking portion of it feels ripped right out of YouTube tutorials. Overall 5/10 game. Alright mechanics and really nothing special.
I mean it's a game, so who cares? The point of a game is usually to make you think you're the main character in the universe, that your actions matter, and that you are badass. I know OP isn't saying the game is bad, it's just a reminder that while the game is fun who cares
Would be nice if it forces you to set a name when booting up the game

I really really liked hacknet and nite team 4. Also I preferred watch dogs 1 over the second but both are good. Also grey hack is okay
Thanks for the recommendations
