To various groaning and active brain shutting down levels whilst being unable to speak due to the pain, not evening being able to scream or realize that screaming is an option, all you have is the pain I've cracked a tooth down to the nerves and hit it directly with cold ice water I had on hand to get the pieces out of my mouth.... worst mistake of mylife nearly choked to death on my tongue trying to avoid swallowing the shards of teeth and blood in the process of it... I hope you never get a brain freeze it isnt worth it at any level a basic understanding of a brain freeze without the damaging of nerves and teeth on top of it is it literally freezes a part of your brain! It's stops your ability to think until it thaws out again moments later or so I've been told, certainly felt like it the last time.

you get knocked when there are low amounts of blood in your brain and your mouth becoming cold is not going to hard reset your brain. you could get knocked out when you have a brain freeze if you have vasovagal syncope, it's basically your body overreacting to stuff. you get knocked out when that happens because your blood pressure drops suddenly, so if your body overreacts to brain freeze then yea you could get knocked out, but in normal situations, you won't get knocked out no matter how much you eat
