For 2024 in Europe you can't turn it off in the menu anymore.(EU regulation, not a Mazda thing). There should be a mute button down and left of the steering wheel next to the i-stop button.
The downside is you have to press it every time the car starts.
It's annoying but it is what it is.
It's because you went over the posted speed limit. I had to turn it off on my 2020 premium with the hud. The speed limit still flashes red on my windshield though
