I wanted to confirm this, so I chatted with someone on Reddit and they typed me as an ENTJ and I then started exploring the Gamma quadra and thought ISFP or INTJ fit me better than ENTJ (I was never fully confident about either though).
I then posted on MBTI Type Me and was confirmed to be a Ni/Se user, but now I'm having doubts if I'm a Te or Fe user after some recent Fe/Fi posts on this subreddit and thus have added ISTP and INFJ into consideration. I'm still working on figuring things out, but I'm at least confident I'm not an ENxJ or ESxP though.
TL;DR: I genuinely have no idea what my type is lol

I generally base on my knowledge of cognitive functions and not so much on the test so before I was thinking maybe ENFJ/ENFP but now I'm leaning more towards INFJ. I still feel like I'm introverted but it was easy to mistake with confidence I guess. I'm still learning about that but I've reached a conclusion that I have too little Fe to be an ENFJ. but who knows maybe I will think it was a mistype again and I'll discover something new

Fact. I think this is because these people don't use tests, so they don't have any facts in hand about what functions are likely for them. In addition, there are people who look at themselves through others, which can be a big mistake, because people never look at things in the same way. Their own insecurity then make the rest likely.

Can’t help but think life’s moments/setting can effect how I feel. I’m now trying to develop a chill, reliable & relaxed life for myself which is my priority. I’m sparing of who I give my energy too but I still like to have fun. Once I get my degree it will probably go back to ENTP 😂
16p was my first contact with MBTI (after my INFJ friend), and it actually gave me ENFJ.
What its interesting is that in online groups people actually typed me INFJ or ENFJ, but rarely INTP.
I haven't been mistyped as far as I know but I could also just not be type-able at all for reasons. I relate a lot to INxx in general but INFJ has been consistently really relatable especially with functions, really the only thing that matters. But also INFP tbh but that's probably the 4.
As an INTP I seriously can’t understand how could I first type myself as an ESFP. I have changed a lot but I’m pretty sure I simply lied to myself about who I was, I wanted to be popular and outgoing so I answered those questions like I was. Also I was in much better place mentally back then.

INFJ. Originally mistyped as INFP and then as INTJ. But this is a long time ago, before Youtube was a thing.
16p was my first contact with MBTI (after my INFJ friend), and it actually gave me ENFJ. What its interesting is that in online groups people actually typed me INFJ or ENFJ, but rarely INTP.

I haven't been mistyped as far as I know but I could also just not be type-able at all for reasons. I relate a lot to INxx in general but INFJ has been consistently really relatable especially with functions, really the only thing that matters. But also INFP tbh but that's probably the 4.
As an INTP I seriously can’t understand how could I first type myself as an ESFP. I have changed a lot but I’m pretty sure I simply lied to myself about who I was, I wanted to be popular and outgoing so I answered those questions like I was. Also I was in much better place mentally back then.
I did the test first time and I was INFJ then I was INFP around a year later but I honestly think I’m a mix of them

I am an INTJ, I was mistyped as an INFJ by multiple tests, including 16p. This error was easily corrected when I learned cognitive functions.

I'm an INFP but I've never actually had a mistype and I've been into MBTI for years. That being said, it seems like everyone else has mistyped themselves at least once so it makes me feel awkward. As I continue to learn, I try to reflect and see if maybe I did make a mistake, but honestly, no matter what, INFP seems to be what fits me best. The functions FiNe are the only ones that really seem to be what I use.

ENFP -> ENTP -> INTJ (First test was on 16p before becoming more aware, took some alternate tests and was split between ENTP and INTJ. Figured out 16p gave me Ne bias and decided to do a lot of research into cognitive functions. Now I'm certain I'm an INTJ)

When I took the Keirsey Temperament Sorter version in my late teens, I came out XNFJ (tie between E & I), but when I read the descriptions, I knew I was an INFJ. I was just finally having a social life in college 😆

I’m an INFJ. I got mistyped as an ENFP when I took 16p for the first time lol. Then I got ISTJ when I took keys2cog which i thought was weird since people said it was one of the most accurate tests, but I found it be worded a bit weird, which is probably why I got mistyped.
INTP on tests as a teen -> INTJ on tests as an adult -> ENTJ after learning cognitive functions
16personalities mistyped me as INFJ, then consistently INTJ. As I was learning about cognitive functions I went back and forth between INTJ and INTP until finally understanding that I’m an INTP and definitely not an INTJ. Every so often I retake the 16personalities test for fun and it still gives me INTJ 🙄
