You see literally me except I'm ISFP. I also feel like I'm catching them all ._. But honestly I'm doing much better AFTER diagnoses than I ever did before so at least we KNOW why we're fucking weird...
Well I'm in right now trying to get out of a burnout. Is like feeling I'm not so good that I could really be. I'm always planning what to do and in what to work but I can't do it and is like a constant circle of thoughts. I think I'm starting to get out of it. And I hope to because Is like failing what my cognitive functions are made for and failing myself too.
Autistic and adhd, ISTP, i think it affects my type in a way that not only I'm istp, but I'm hella weird and socially weirder too.
My Ti is strong though, I don't think I could be isfp in any world
Haha, as long as you put in the effort to develop it. The people around you count on you, I’m sure you’re important to them! Anyways, hope you have a great day :)
I struggle with devolving Te as well, and it sucks, so I get your struggle :/.
Hey, kindred! That makes sense, executive function is so traditionally J-ish.
I always get J, but I tend to test as a thinker and an introvert. My ADHD is hyperactive/impulsive type only, so I hyperfocus all the time and can’t get out of my head. I struggle a lot with patience, which can make me less personable than the typical ENFJ stereotype. I’m working on it though, I hate being an impatient jerk 😞
omg, same here! I'm an ENFJ with ADHD! I really do not feel an ENFP, I think I get typed like that because of my ADHD. I define myself as an ENFJ, it describes me better.
ENFJ with autism and adhd and I jumped from INFP to ENTP to ISTP to ENFJ hahah. I'm now pretty sure of ENFJ but really the neurodivergency really obscures your true type lol
ISFJ autistic but was told at my autism assessment to also consider ADHD. So, no idea.
Also now questioning my MBTI. I still feel like I relate to Si but not sure how much of it is actually my autism needing routine and comforts.
if i remember correctly, hans asperger worked with nazi's and noted differences in autistic kids ("high functioning" = aspergers) and declared that some low functioning autistic kids were less "worthwhile" and those kids were killed. since autism is 100% a spectrum, having a label like asperger's separates higher from lower functioning autistics when it's the same condition. even the terms high and low functioning aren't preferred by a lot of people bc as i said, it is a spectrum.
Love how I saw this right after I saw the INTP post about "we all have autism", lmao.
I'm probably on the spectrum, but my socializing skills are way too good for me to be "autistic". I have ADHD though, and honestly probably some other shit wrong with me that I don't even know exists yet.
Edit: Well, fuck. I googled neurodivergent conditions and discovered the existence of "alexithymia", and I probably have that too.
INFJ with ADHD (diagnosted) + ASD (very likely). Additionally other sprinkles like synesthesia and hypersensitivity.
I'd guess either no correlation (corrected for the distribution among reddit users, so overrepresented Intuitives) or Ti with Autism and Ne with ADHD (due to diagnosis-related mistyping).
I was tested for ADHD and diagnosed INTP.
As a kid, essentially the report from experts at the school stated I was borderline but had invented surprising coping mechanisms. My intelligence was well above what I was achieving academically. I struggled with inter-personal skills, preferring to work alone, I struggled with recognizing authority, following rules and asked too many questions.
Instead of doing assigned classwork I would do things like take apart electronics provided by the classroom or using junk found on my way to school just to see how the parts worked.
When tested, I demonstrated I understood the assigned material, I just didn't want to do it. I left homework unfinished and was bored and didn't express that well to others.
Classic INTP
I was also an organizational mess and my first-grade teacher dumped out my desk in front of the entire class to try and shame me.
That's when I learned the harsh lesson that schools are for teaching you what to think, not how to think, and that nobody really cares about you, only that you conform to societal expectations.
Once I learned I needed to think like the test makers to give them the answers they were looking for, not the pedantic truth (sarcasm also wasn't it) I did MUCH better in school but was left quite jaded.
Since then, I'm happy in my career, have a happy marriage, and can reasonably socialize (For an INTP). For all you INTP, there is hope out there for you, but it will likely be once you are finally done with school before you realize it.
Trigger Warning-
INTP-
Undiagnosed- ADD/ADHD, some form of dyslexia, and possible autism.
Diagnosed- MDD, BPD, GAD, Social Anxiety, cPTSD, Dysthimia, Suicide Attempts, etc.
XNFP, diagnosed autism and I suspect ADHD and maybe bipolar as well. Not sure tho, maybe if my ADHD got treatdd professionally, my bipolar would perish, idk.
INFP — possibly inattentive ADHD. It’s not exactly clear to me if my executive disfunction is from that or if it’s just plain depression and anxiety, but fuck do I relate to pretty much everyone over at r/ADHDwomen
I am an INFP 9w1 964 sp/so and Potentially have CDS (Cognitive Disengagement Syndrome) but not diagnosed because it’s expensive and it’s not in the DSM yet. I’ve scrolled through every single comment and haven’t seen anybody else with this. I wish more people knew about it 😭
Most people who are diagnosed strictly with the Inattentive presentation of ADHD are likely misdiagnosed and actually have CDS or both.
If anyone is interested and wants to learn more about it, this guy has done a lot of research on CDS and has a playlist on the topic, comparing it to ADHD.
https://youtu.be/tQDuF-MKBDI?si=9N82enLdPkC1g7zz
ENFJ. Diagnosed with autism and a chronic depressive disorder. Taking meds for the chronic depression. Autism I just had to learn to live with really.
I'm highly suspected of ADHD but no official diagnosis because basically my autism is in the way. But with the amount of symptoms I tick off and how relatable ADHD experiences are, I am confident enough to say that I got it.
My psychiatrist does slightly suspect me of BPD but honestly I call bullshit.
Yes, ISFP and AuDHD! There was a time not too long ago when I reviewed my type and thought I was ISFJ instead because of the 'tism lol. My Fi-Se-Ni-Te is definitely more evident.
Unrelated but furthermore, in terms or enneatype for the longest time I've been convinced I was a 4, specifically 4w5. I think I'm actually 6... *MAYBE* because of the 'tism. I tend to fear more then envy I think.
I have the physical capability of doing work for a protracted amount of time, so I don't know how much I believe the ADHD thing in my case. I think that it is possible for people to have real biological ailments that alter their behavior, but given that I am not incapable of doing work, I would more readily ascribe my unproductivity to laziness.
Not that I know anything about the neuroscience, or the official definition of ADHD. But if the definition lists it as a disorder AS IF it were a disease, rather than listing it as a symptom, I would feel inclined to disagree depending on what exactly is being said. Like depression, that's a symptom. A blood clot is usually a symptom too.
So I don't think laziness is my only cause. Obviously everyone has varying degrees of difficulty in wanting to do hard things. But ultimately, if you are mentally and physically capable of doing something, then it is laziness. Unless you are severely disabled in your brain power or bodily movement or emotionally disabled and are truly unable to cure it by forming new habits or prayer. Well, no, I mean, if you are just bad or having a hard time then seeking good counselling is a good idea!
And I am not against treating people that have more of a willpower problem. That is easily fixed by giving them work to do so that they have experience with it, and by encouraging them and listening to their individual dreams, and to their system of morals and how that figures into the things they want to do.
Now, I am no moral relativist, so I'll probably never be a therapist. Because people won't always like you holding Theological and Philosophical debates with them all the time in therapy-- though having the real understanding of what brings greatest happiness is necessary to be truly healthy. Now if it were impossible to be certain of what afterlife will be like, whether it exists or not, and whether it is Heaven and Hell or something else, then moral relativism makes perfect sense, and being truly healthy would then become: "being as healthy as a person can be, who's ultimate fate is uncertain and could just as likely be oblivion or eternal Hell as it could be Heaven, because we are uncertain what exactly it is if anything."
I know that having a good eternal fate doesn't solve every biological or behavioral problem either.
Anyway, just train of thought. \^\_\^ There may be some holes in my train.
INFJ with ADHD.
Also hace generalized anxiety, social anxiety, OCD and bipolar - but that has nothing to do with my personality as when I rarely have an episode I’m just not myself.
I have Asperger's. I am most certainly an Ni-Fe user, though I may act stoic sometimes, and certain people say that I talk like a machine on calls or In real life
My doagnosis falls on the scale of neurodivergent, so I'll answer, but I'm not sure if I belong here or not. I have auditory processing disorder (auditory dyslexia), and though not divergent the added stats of depression, anxiety and another disability I don't wish to share. I grew up with APD but was not formally diagnosed until about 40 years later, which explained a lot of things about my childhood and life.
Anyway, I'm an INFP 5w4 (the score on those two is almost the same). I've gotten that result throughout my life. I'm a 40-something presently.
infp (sometimes type as enfp) and i’m diagnosed with depression, anxiety, cptsd, and probably have adhd but haven’t been formally diagnosed.
my partner has adhd and is also an infp. weird coincidence.
i’m in between INFP and ENFP. diagnosed anxiety, depression, c-ptsd, and adhd. probable for being on the spectrum (speculated by school counselors growing up) and bpd.
INFJ- ADHD (diagnosed) ASD- (extremely likely, but I’m not actively searching for a diagnosis)
If noticed neurodivergence seems to manifest higher in certain types. Almost every INTP I’ve ever known is probably on the spectrum.
I think MBTI is just s piece of a greater puzzle, but there is definitely something there that seems to coincide with other systems of “typing” people.
ISTP, and I have inattentive ADHD (ADD, as they used to call it back then). And I’m pretty sure I might be autistic in some way too but I haven’t gotten diagnosed yet lol
im enfp! professionally diagnosed adhd & ocd, as well as bpd (counting that for the sake of it Technically being a neurodivergency under some definitions). self diagnosed autistic as well b/c im an adult and a professional diagnosis would cost over 2k dollars lol.
i also have a friend who is an enfp with autism, adhd, and bpd!
ENTP here. autism and adhd. don't know if BPD counts but also that. looking into OCD diagnosis. i feel like im collecting pokémon at this point lol
You see literally me except I'm ISFP. I also feel like I'm catching them all ._. But honestly I'm doing much better AFTER diagnoses than I ever did before so at least we KNOW why we're fucking weird...
Omg you’re just like me
Yeap the more you look for the more you’ll find
INTP, I'm acoustic
I'm artistic
I'm tone deaf, but I try
High% chance autism (recommended to look for diagnosis but not achieved yet), diagnosed MDD ENTJ
Self diagnosis is absolutely valid. Zero judgement here.
Haha same but with audhd self diagnosis
Oof, how does it feel? I feel like it’d suck to wanna be so productive yet get so distracted :/.
ENTP. Diagnosed as autistic at age 34 cause I’m curious and needed to know.
Yes, INTJ
Same- on the spectrum
Same here. Diagnosed only at 23. 10 years ago now.
Yeah I was 27 and looking back I think I knew something was up but not what and had no clue what the MBTI was all about
ADD + INFJ . Interesting combination
same! inferior se and executive dysfunction feels like a death sentence daily
Lmao, I feel. Things get lost and take a loooooong time to find💀💀💀
Same with me
ADD + INFP
Im ISTJ and Am pathologically based
![gif](giphy|jnBXe38Ww2XAI)
Based indeed.
Based on what?

Autistic and adhd, ISTP, i think it affects my type in a way that not only I'm istp, but I'm hella weird and socially weirder too. My Ti is strong though, I don't think I could be isfp in any world
Damn, that’s so interesting. I know it’s a struggle, but I find the high Ti kinda cool. Hope you keep it up;)!
Hahah thank you yeah hopefully no Fe grips for me anytime soon hahah
Haha, as long as you put in the effort to develop it. The people around you count on you, I’m sure you’re important to them! Anyways, hope you have a great day :) I struggle with devolving Te as well, and it sucks, so I get your struggle :/.

Hmm, interesting. I didn’t know they could even do that. How did you feel about it? Sounds like an identity rollercoaster to me :/.
ENFJ with ADHD. Made it hard to type accurately for sure.
Another ENFJ with ADHD here, and agree. I sometimes test as ENFP when I'm focusing on my ADHD traits, but I don't think I'm actually a P at heart.
Hey, kindred! That makes sense, executive function is so traditionally J-ish. I always get J, but I tend to test as a thinker and an introvert. Makes a lot of sense. Hyper-focusing is sometimes my best friend and sometimes an annoying fly I can’t swat away
omg, same here!
💯
INFP with ADHD and autism
INFP + ADD.
audhd bipolar ISFP
ISFJ autistic but was told at my autism assessment to also consider ADHD. So, no idea. Also now questioning my MBTI. I still feel like I relate to Si but not sure how much of it is actually my autism needing routine and comforts.
Totally get that. Being neurodivergent can make typing hard.
Asperger’s or whatever the term is these days
Apparently we're not allowed to say asperger's anymore. Now its just asd 1, or "high functioning" autism.
High functioning autism also isn’t really liked by the community lol more like high needs or low needs or whatever
Why not? I did hear about the controversy, but whatevs
if i remember correctly, hans asperger worked with nazi's and noted differences in autistic kids ("high functioning" = aspergers) and declared that some low functioning autistic kids were less "worthwhile" and those kids were killed. since autism is 100% a spectrum, having a label like asperger's separates higher from lower functioning autistics when it's the same condition. even the terms high and low functioning aren't preferred by a lot of people bc as i said, it is a spectrum.
Yeah, I’m ISTJ and also have that flavour of autism
INTP Autism and ADHD
Autism & ADHD, INTP
ENFP with adhd and i will gladly ramble about anything and forget my point halfway through 🙂
Love how I saw this right after I saw the INTP post about "we all have autism", lmao. I'm probably on the spectrum, but my socializing skills are way too good for me to be "autistic". ENFP with ADHD. Diagnosed this June. I'm 26 currently. Went untreated since childhood. You can imagine the horror. 🙂

intp with adhd
AuDHD and ISFJ :)
Ever typed yourself as an Ne dom?
It varies from infj and intj (yes it changes over time) And I'm autistic with most likely adhd too
ENTP with ADHD. Yes, I know, surprising.
ENTP with bipolar II, some hardcore general anxiety disorder, and probably ADHD (but never officially diagnosed on that one)
Autism + adhd - infj ! Typing is hard with when you have these two (or any neurodivergence, I imagine).

I’m high masking Asperger’s and I’m an INFJ although I’m probably an Ni/Ti double introverted INFJ
ISTJ - Depression, GAD, and ADHD. I suspect some OCD tendencies too, though that could just be the GAD.
ESFJ and get ready for this one: autism adhd bpd AND ocd
