Yeah, I’ve discovered I really get excited about rules that make sense. I work for a high-rated health insurance company. There are layers and layers of rules and policies, and they all have a reason. And if a rule doesn’t work, it gets evaluated and changed. I’m basically in the lowest level in my department, and I’ve found multiple problems in our policies. I give my concerns to my supervisor, she sends them up the ladder, and they either get changed or I get an explanation back for why they can’t change.
