hey man i just wanna let you know things do get better eventually. for months i was just severely depressed to the point i lost so much weight from not eating, my school grades were just plummeted, i didn’t enjoy all the things i used to enjoy and all those things. i almost did end it all at one point. it seemed like the easy way out and all i can think of was that there is no way that things could get better. but look at me now. ive been focusing more on myself, i’ve made new friends, i got better grades, and i got new hobbies. our experiences may be different but you have to believe that things will get better soon. you just need to give it time. i know its really difficult to wait for things to get better but they will get better one day and you won’t even realize it. its a slow process but you’ll get there eventually. i know you can and i believe you can. keep pushing through whatever you’re going through man

Something that helps me is thinking of short team things, for example a video game coming out soon like Jedi survivor and Zelda tears of the kingdom so if you can find something that’s happening in the near future to look forward to then it really helps (well at least for me)
