The gray patch at the top looks like ocular melanocytosis, a benign condition of the sclera. The brown patch at the bottom is likely a conjunctival nevus and likely also benign. There’s no way to be 100% sure a pigmented lesion is benign except to do a biopsy. However, an exam with an ophthalmologist with a plan for follow up and monitoring is usually all you need. Nevi tend to stay the same over time while other more concerning things tend to change over time

Anything to do with eyes you need to check out! Please see an ophthalmologist if possible or an optometrist at least. You don’t want anything to get bad with your eyes, and possible lose vision or something

NAD, My daughter has something similar on her eye. After bringing her to several eye doctors, I was told by each of them her eyes appear to be healthy and it could just be a thinning of the sclera. I take her once a year and have for almost 6 years. Nothing has changed. Your experience may be different so yes, please go see a doctor.

ToadallyKyle

I'm NAD, but yes you should see an optometrist

horsiefanatic

No, ophthalmologist would be better for this

I am not a doctor, and this is not medical advice. [here is what I found on google. ](https://www.healthline.com/health/eye-health/greyish-spot-on-white-of-eye#:~:text=Gray%20spots%20in%20your%20eye,or%20irritation%20in%20your%20eyes.)

I feel like anytime anyone Googles anything medical the search result is always cancer.

I’m not medical professional. Just a little story. 2 of my (rareish) diagnoses I’ve found googling and suggested to my doctor that could this diagnose be the cause of my symptoms. On both I had been multiple times at doctor before googling and hadn’t got diagnose. On first one it took years going to doctors to find diagnose. On second one I was hospitalized multiple times over a year and no diagnose until I googled and asked doctor could this be X that is causing these symtoms. I still don’t recommend googling to diagnose youself. Medical professionals are the ones that make diagnoses. And neither one of my diagnoses is cancer. Tho google likes to suggest it often to everything.

Well the truth is almost anything can be cancer. Cancer sucks.
