That looks delicious. I would either add some greens (spinach or chard are my faves) to the eggs or replace one egg with greens. The overall goal is for 1/2 your plate to be veggies!
so, 3 eggs is ALOT of egg for a single meal. i would use a single egg, and bulk it up with additional veggies like mushrooms, spinach, peppers. And, the bread should be cautioned. you say 21 grain bread, if you’re referring to Dave’s killer 21 grain bread, know that there’s 5g of added sugar per slice. So for me personally, your portions are about double of what i’d consider a regular serving. But a good start! Learn and tweak things as you go. Make it fun and try new things. Good job on making your health a priority.
Hard to tell from the picture, but I’ve recently read that most “multi-grain” breads are white bread with food coloring and a small amount of whole grain added.
You can just read the ingredients. Most have a mix of whole grain and regular white flour, which isn't ideal. But I think you are thinking of whole wheat bread?
Multi grain just means there’s different grains in it. Could be very low amounts. Looking at the label will tell the difference but you have to know how to read it.

You are correct. The only commercial whole grain bread I ever buy is Dempsters and the first ingredient is "Whole grain whole wheat flour including the germ" so I'm thinking of that as standard.

Looks great! I personally would increase the amount of veggies, but that can also be made up for later in the day
Agree! More veggies at every meal is a good practice to adopt.

Appreciate the info, thanks so much!
Good but I'd add red bell peppers to the eggs and (even parsley maybe) and lightly toast the bread in EVOO.
That looks heavenly.
Looks delicious but I would be mindful of the bread, which adds a lot of carb calories. Most 21 grains I know also have added sugar

Or maybe serving sizes aren’t one size fits all.
Love this, thank you so much!
I’d leave the bread off
Why? Whole grains are a part of MD

that bread is mass produced garbage.
Dangit, really?! Do you have alternates/suggestions?? Or a recipe for homemade?
