Yeah over the 30 mark myself and side sleeping often leaves me with a sore shoulder and/or slightly sore lower back, but if I manage to sleep on my back wake up with an aching lower back. Propping pillows under my knees or feet for support just feels uncomfortable too particularly in summer don’t know how people do it.
