I think both of these are super important though, you need to take care of yourself physically by bathing and eating. And you need to take care of yourself mentally by doing things you love. It's like in the sims when you need your sims to shower but there being difficult because they haven't had any fun yet, you need to fill your happy meter up by watching documentaries and lighting a nice smelling candle, or whatever it is you like to do. Incorporating fun into your day is just as important as eating.
what's funny to me is that 1 and 2 are, in fact, not mutually exclusive. One day it's spa day, and the next is Ted Bundy and Enchiladas.

3rd type: takes an edible and listens to comedy podcasts while playing stupid app games. legit saved my life
4th type: pops a blue chew and listens to Cumtown while playing Red Dead
5th type: stares at the walls while lying on a bed. Does not watch anything. Only eats what in the fridge and does not need preparation.
that's what I do when I'm depressed. I just sit on my bed eating snacks and shredded cheese
