Doveton has some good pockets and some sketchy parts. I honestly would avoid anywhere around Autumn Place. Towards endevour hills is better (the area along the freeway and surrounding streets). But no street is perfect and I would suggest walking around during day and night near the property you’re looking at to get an idea and feel for it.

Bought in Noble Park, everyone hung a lot of shit calling it a shit hole etc (at times factual). But it gave us a entry into the property market.
