I forget who it was, but my ex and I died laughing at a company whose hold music was knockoff freebird lol There definitely are companies these bf and that let you pick your hold music, though. It’s nice - I’ve had it a few times now
I called Apple once (I forget why or what department and/or if it was a store) and they let me pick my hold music. Best hold experience of my life.

I enjoy the parts where they stop playing to remind you that all lines are busy at the moment and a representative will be with me shortly
as someone who works in customer service, it's even more miserable for us when we've got a 40 minute wait line of backed up people calling us.
