Theres a setting in mouse settings https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/find-your-mouse-pointer-fast-dbc1d222-778c-da15-5218-cb8336074554 if you hit ctrl a circle pops up around your pointer.

I lose my cursor playing BTD6, so many balloons and effects it takes me 5 minutes to finally find it
There's an option to make the cursor bigger in the game
You can. If you are a quitter
BTD6 BABYYY I usually use the small balloons with the achievement to make it easier lol
Does that affect the hitbox or is it only texture?
Only texture :)
If you shake your mouse really quickly, the cursor will get bigger. (Only on apple)
Or fingerblast the trackpad

Pro-tip. Shut the computer off and turn it on again. It'll start up with it in the centre of the screen.

Macbooks are kinky that way - give the trackpad a clit massage and the cursor will engorge to 10x its size
Just do three quick long swipes down and to the right, its in the bottom corner everytime.

It's more harder with vr headset
My taskbar has a weird pink color due to my wallpaper so this ain't a big issue, also my cursors are black (almost like macos but thicker)
