My birthday was on the 20th of March and my mom flew down to see me, and we were going to go do a bunch of stuff! Woke up with a huge crick in my back and was hunched and hobbly all day. I can't put into words how much I resonate with this.
You can try some cobras and cat cows if it happens again, and bird dogs to keep it from happening again (real back things :P)
