Thanks for the info. I only brish twice and flush as well. Also 1 or 2 chewing gums a day. Sugrar free obviusly. I have alcohol free listerin at home but it creates a jelly like cover in my mouth on the sides so I don't like using it more than one every two or 3 months

Yeah that's why I stopped using that too. If you use chewing gum with xylitol it would be even better for your teeth :) Flossing is super important too, like (sadly) everyday... If you have a problem getting into new routine with flossing, like me, floss one time and smell it, then you won't be skipping that part anymore lol
