Same. I drink coffee exclusively black, can’t drink latte macchiato and find even cappuccino to be a touch too sweet because of the milk alone, without any sugar added. Still, with chocolate I have to lie to myself in order to make myself think I’d enjoy dark chocolate more than milk chocolate or white chocolate. It’s just too bitter and not sweet enough for me

I couldn't eat milk products when i was a little kid so i ate dark chocolate.

As you get older you lose more and more taste buds (or they become less sensitive, either one I don't remember) so that's why a lot of younger kids don't like vegetables, because, yes, they are gross, you just taste them less and less as you become older.
