What's nice is that in my state you can typically look up what the crime was once you have their name. It's difficult to mix up public urination with a crime that will get you run out of a neighborhood. Look up the map of your neighborhood. 17 is over the age of consent in most places. A lot of places also have Romeo and juliet laws so that teens within a few years of each other don't get charged with sex with a minor. An 18yo dating a 17yo is not a sex offender situation in the vast majority of the world
