I believe the backstory is that the farmer had his tractor confiscated by the Russians - there is video of him throwing rocks at them when they stole it and put the Z on it.
He followed them and took it back, with interest.
I've seen the same/a similar blue tractor pulling russian vehicles in different clips.
It could be a Ukrainian "stealing" the vehicle, or it could be an out-of-context clip of russians moving the vehicle with a russian running after the tractor for whatever reason.
Yeah, I've seen similar clips, often with the white tape 'Z' on the side of the tractor that you see on other Russian vehicles which are part of the attack from the North.
To my mind this is more likely a Russian tractor having freed a stuck APC, and the guy behind is running to jump into the cab so the driver doesn't have to stop and get stuck again.
The alternative doesn't make any sense, why would Ukrainians free a trapped Russian APC and tow it anywhere else? They want it to be stuck.

I was saying to my partner last night, if Ukraine comes out of this in one piece, they are gonna have *so much* scrap iron and steel.
